Useful Information
- Payment of tourist tax required at check-in time (3€/day per guest only for the first 14 days, save for exempt categories).
- Please note that a final cleaning fee of 35€ for small apartments and 40€ for large apartments is to be added.
- For stays longer than two weeks it is scheduled at least one change of linen and cleaning service every two weeks with an extra charge of 40/60€ depending on the size of the apartment.
- Due to particular events the daily price could vary but our company would inform you before sending your booking confirmation.
- In case of long-term stays a security deposit will be required and its amount will vary according to the length of stay.
